Green Smoothie #1

I'm definitely a fan of greens in the morning. What a better way to start the day? I'm working on a few different versions of the green smoothie, but here is version one.

1 1/2 handfuls (exact, I know) of washed kale
1 frozen banana
4-6 frozen strawberries
1/2 c. frozen mangoes 
carrot juice 
1 scoop vegan raw protein powder 


Begin by blending the kale and 3/4 c. carrot juice alone until the kale is well pureed. Then add frozen fruit and protein (and maybe some additional carrot juice) and blend until smooth.
