3/4-ish c.soy milk (or any other kind of non-dairy milk)
1 very large handful fresh spinach
1 frozen banana
1/2 c. frozen mango
2 tbls. ground chia seeds
1 scoop raw vegan protein powder
Again, blend the liquid and the greens first until smooth, then add the frozen ingredients and powders and blend for a nice long while.
