The Hubby wants dessert....so here I go!
2 c. all purpose flour
2 c. sugar (I know!...but I never said these were gonna be healthy, just vegan)
3/4 c. cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 c. brewed coffee
1 c. vegetable oil
Mix dry ingredients well and then add wet (coffee & oil). Again, mix well and pour into a greased baking pan.
Bake in preheated 350 oven for 25-30 minutes.
Try and let them cool a little before enjoying.
