Get your greens and chocolate fix first thing in the morning...
8 oz soymilk (or other nondairy milk)
2 handfuls of fresh spinach
1 frozen banana
1 tbls unsweetened peanut putter
1 tbls unsweetened cocoa powder
1 scoop raw vegan protein powder
ice
I blend the soymilk and the spinach first until liquified, then I add and blend the other ingredients. Probably not necessary, but why not?
